Q: What is your refund policy? (56,420 views)
Our Order delivery system has tracks when you downloaded the software. Once you have downloaded the registered version, no refund can be generated. Much like other vendors, once the software package is 'opened' (ie. downloaded) you are unable to return it for a refund.
